Cinematic Sci-Fi of Substance

I write cinematic sci-fi of substance. What does that mean exactly? Well, my love of writing came from reading, but my love of story really came from movies. Expect smart characters and short chapters that move along at a cinematic pace. The “substance” comes from big themes that reward careful readers without alienating those who just want to kick back and enjoy a good story. I have a pretty short attention span so I write books that don’t waste time.My dystopian series, The Cytocorp Saga, is available now from Amazon. I’m currently working on a humorous, rollicking space opera.I currently live in Bend, Oregon with my wife, Amy, and 2.5 cats. When I’m not writing engaging, complex science fiction, you can find me on the fairways, the slopes, the trails, or any of Bend’s 27 craft breweries. For more about me and my work, visit cpjames.com or email directly at [email protected].Like the C.P.
