Tinney Sue Heath is interested in stories of the marginalized people recorded history doesn’t remember. Her background is in journalism, but somewhere along the line the classic journalistic questions of Who? What? When? Where? and Why? started to give way to “What if…?” And thus a fiction writer was born. When she is not writing or traveling in Italy, you will probably find her playing medieval and Renaissance music on a variety of peculiar early instruments. Her first novel, A Thing Done, was a co-winner of the Sharp Writ Book Awards for Fiction, 2014.
