Prologue to “Wildfire For Rose”


Are faith and trust in God enough to fulfill a treasured dream?

Confederate guerillas burn his farm and his dying father challenges Jason to pursue their dream of a horse ranch. Fleeing war-torn Missouri, he joins a freight train heading west on the Santa Fe Trail. He discovers a Cheyenne family hunting wild horses, pursuing dreams of their own. Jason throws in with them, but will the beautiful Indian girl, Rose, be a help or a hindrance to their success? Only with the capture of Wildfire, famous stallion of the mountains, can the future of the ranch be secured. Will his faith in Christ be enough to fulfill his destiny?
