Bee Oxberry likes dogs, chocolate, sleeping, and being out in the countryside with her dog Ted.

When she’s not doing any of those things she reads profusely, plays the harp, and paints.

Happily married for over 30 years, Bee lives in County Durham, in the north east of England. This county provides the setting for the Durham Dog Walker Mysteries, a series of books about dogs, their owners, village gossip, and murder.

A graduate of Durham University, Bee has a BA (Hons) in Philosophy and Psychology, and a MA in Psychology.  She worked in health care for many years, writing technical proposals, before returning to her passion, writing stories.
