Author David Charles Filax is forty-five years old, living happily with his wife Tammy, his seven year old daughter Danica Jeanne, his newborn daughter Alexandra and both their dogs; Zack, their Chocolate Labrador and Sterling, their Silver Labrador, in Ontario, Canada. Having written numerous fictional short stories, winning a few competitions and having articles published; his passion for fiction drives his creative spirit and inspires his desire to keep readers interested. More importantly, he seeks to entertain for those times one simply wants to sit back, relax and drift into another world through the characters and stories he creates. Having published three novels, and two Children’s Books, David has started his fourth, “The Return of the Nefarious Mr. X” for completion in 2019. Also, David C Filax won the 2016 Platinum Winner for the Hamilton Spectator’s Readers Choice Awards for Best Local Author.
