Ten Lies and Ten Truths (Second Edition) is a compilation of intriguing short stories, each exploring one of the foundational lies in American life today from an intelligent Christian worldview.
The subjects include marriage, abortion, character, relative truth, macro-evolution and five more. Immediately following each parable is a specific statement of the underlying Lie, its corresponding Truth and several non-fiction resources for further study of the issue. These resources include other books, scripture references and websites, and with this second edition they have been updated and expanded.
The purpose of the book is to arm believers with a memorable story (and facts) about an important issue. And to disarm unbelievers by pulling them into a realistic situation which then requires them to rethink what they have always thought was the Truth.
